Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't lose access to features until then.
Is there a free trial?
Both Aegis and Atlas include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing chats and data are preserved. Features exclusive to higher tiers (agents, image gen, etc.) become unavailable once the downgrade takes effect.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings and click Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel, update payment methods, or view invoices.
